68. Apothecary (Poem)

I drank to excess late last year with my friends at ‘The Midnight Apothecary’, an outdoor event in London with designer cocktails, marshmallow toasting and a (drunken) underground tour of an old disused railroad line.

It was a wonderful night which made me write this Haiku about friendship.

‘Partners in this crime,

Murdered loneliness tonight,

Drunk, forever young’
