136. Burden

This beautiful graffiti art, decorating a wall by a busy downtown car park in Toronto, acts as a poignant reminder to us all about the necessity to never live burdened by the suffering in our past. This meaningful piece of work inspired me to write this following haiku.

Forgive me my friend,

For I will forgive me then,

Never in regret.
