198. Morale 

One’s personal morale ebbs and flows with experience and time. I questioned the other day as to what precautions we can take to ensure our mental morale is as strong as it can be, at any given time. In this space, I wrote the following haiku. 

Good mood precedes bad,

Or vice versa, giggle loud,

Followed by a scream.
