210. Infinity

I was sat silently by Lake Ontario the other day, on a calm weekend afternoon deeply lost in thought, when the most amazing thing happened. Casting my eye across the expanse of blue, my mental train chugged to a halt as I noticed that there was no definable end or beginning between the sea and the sky. Although this photo shows what my naked eye could not see, it glimpses at the infinity I experienced. I wrote this haiku about this amazing moment.

Sea, sky, oneness, I’m

Lost in beauteous deceipt,

World is at my feet.
