324. Late

About wasting time arguing…

Confess, knew not what to say,

Until it was two ticks too late,

I’m learning so that next time,

Perhaps it won’t be the same.

  1. So beautiful and the pic is so apt. Yes so much time we waste in life arguing and in possession but finally all is dropped and we are gone for good. Lovely post.

So very true. And when all has been and gone what matters most is the love we’ve shared.

Thanks so much for your kind words.

Wise words Eli and a poignant picture to go with them. Experience has taught me to bite my tongue and walk away. Great post.

Many thanks Davy, learning to bite ones tongue, in this light, is learning to forgive. A very powerful tool.
