About yesterday night when I waited for an hour outside in the sub freezing winter, with another concerned bystander, for the police to come take a highly intoxicated and reckless homeless woman into safety…

Brutally cold winds slash our once warm shells,

As the whine of sirens is not heard,

And the lady speaks from hell.
